Though I can interpret the Tarot I prefer to use a deck of regular playing cards which brings me more relatable information. It's not about the cards it's about what the reader sees in them and projects to the client. You can create your own desk based on today's symbolism or you can go back and use a deck from the past often found on eBay. There are many different types of tarot decks some going back hundreds of years others as contemporary as online cards. Many believe current decks are allegories, legend depictions, relate to holy texts, lore and other ancient mystical symbolism - empowered by those who use them. We will never know the origin of the original deck which could have been created by an Oracle centuries ago as a way of defining what was happening in reality at that time. This is much like Simulation Theory where we are reality as explained as coming from two dimensional sheets into the physical matrix of events we experience here. ![]() The real answer comes from the Tarot reader being able to focus their consciousness beyond the physical meaning of a given card and into the life of the person they are reading - interpretations are always more than what's on a flat cart but rather multi-dimensional. Tarot is another oracle of divination that attracts some psychic readers and not others. ![]()
